As we start this week for all of us, let’s remember to practice extra self-care, pace ourselves throughout each day without overstacking our schedule, obtain sufficient sleep, identify 1-5 min respite time throughout each day, remember to do diaphragm breathing all day, be kind to each other regardless of politics, be kind to ourselves. Exercise is vital to our mental health, body health, and brain health. My focus with all my clients this week is to continue to create a safe space and get everyone through this week -Dr. P
