Peace with Yourself

Ask yourself where and when do you feel the most at Peace with Yourself? Once you figure that out, try to create that space that makes you feel at peace and free from your trauma.  For example, this could be at home, with nature, during meditation, or at church. Then try to make it part of your daily and/or weekly routine to be at Peace with Yourself. -Dr. P
